Sent. A real person has your report.

Bob
/bob support the weekly report never arrivedA person replies, usually within one business day

One line is enough

Type /bob support and say what went wrong. The report arrives with your workspace, who sent it, and how your last job ended.

Report a problem to a person

In Slack, type /bob support and say what went wrong, for example /bob support the weekly report never arrived. Bob replies that a real person on the team has your report, and will get back to you as soon as we can, usually within one business day.

You do not have to look anything up. The report carries your workspace name, who sent it, and how your most recent job ended, including the error if there was one.

Or just ask for a person

Say “talk to a real person” or “get me a human” in a message to Bob. He flags it for the team and someone jumps in right there in the thread, usually within one business day.

Email us

Write to [email protected]. A link to the Slack thread helps most, along with your workspace name. We aim to reply within one business day. If Bob is down or a job is stuck, say so in the subject line and we treat it as urgent. More on the support page.
